TERMS OF SERVICE

Please arrive at least 10min in advance for your reservation
If you are under the age of 18 a parent MUST BE PRESENT to give consent in
order for you to redeem services.


We understand being late is unavoidable at times. However, if you are late, we
will be forced to reschedule your service.

We do not guarantee same-day rescheduling. If you have multiple services scheduled, you should be on time for the first time listed.

Example:

Brazilian 9:15 am,  Lip 9:30, Underarm, 9:45 am.

Your appointment begins at 9:15 am.


As a courtesy, a grace period policy is in place. You have 5 minutes after your
scheduled time to arrive. For example, if your reservation is scheduled at 9 am at
9:06 you are a NO SHOW. This is courtesy to your wax tech and the other clients
whose reservations are scheduled as well.

We have reserved time and space especially for you, a valid debit or credit card is
required for reservation. There is a non-refundable 50% service charge required for all
reservations.

Due to COVID-19 (coronavirus pandemic) ALL clients must adhere to a temperature check
when arriving to appointment with a thermometer. If your temperature exceeds 98.6 F your
appointment will be cancelled. Please wait in your car until we give you a call for your
appointment. Please reschedule or cancel your appointment with The Wax Beautique if you are
having flu like symptoms.

Mask MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE BUILDING!


Appointment requirements:
Deposit are required to book appointments online or in-store. With a valid Debit/credit card.
Please reply to the confirmation text a day prior to the appointment to avoid cancellation.


Cancellation Policy:

Please provide at least a 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment without penalty. If
cancellation is due to The Wax Beauitque we will do everything to accommodate you and let
you know any changes in advance. If the client cancels the deposit will not be refunded.
Once the appointment is cancelled the deposit is voided. If you are a No Call No Show you
will be charged the full amount of the service with the card on file and restricted from future
online booking. You will have to make the payment in full and will be placed on a walk-in only
basis. Same day/ late cancellation you will be charged 50% of services, which means your
deposit is void.


Late Policy:
We provide a 5 min grace period . Clients that are late 5 minutes or over appointments are
automatically cancelled and considered a NO SHOW. If you do not answer once we call for you
to enter the building it will be considered a NO SHOW.


Rescheduling Policy:
Clients are not allowed to reschedule their own appointment online. Please contact the front
desk to reschedule appointment. Clients are only allowed to reschedule once. After one
